ABOUT
About Brieferr
Brieferr shows where your product actually stands. It reads what your team says in Slack and Microsoft Teams, finds where your board has fallen behind, and drafts a fix that quotes the message it came from. Nothing changes on your board until someone on your team approves it.
Who it’s for
Product and engineering teams whose board says one thing while chat says another. A ticket still reads “In Progress” after someone said in Slack it shipped. A blocker comes up in a thread and never reaches the ticket.
What it does
- Reads the Slack and Teams channels you pick.
- Compares them with your board: Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues or GitLab.
- Drafts a fix for each ticket that is out of date, with the message it came from.
- You approve it or mark it “Not right”. Approved fixes are written to Jira, GitHub or GitLab, and can be undone.
- Ask it questions in Slack, like “what’s blocking payments?”, and get answers with sources.
What we believe
- Every claim shows its source. You can always see the exact message behind a suggestion.
- Nothing changes without a person. Brieferr drafts, and your team decides.
- No scores on people. Brieferr tracks tickets. It never ranks or measures anyone on your team.
Your data
- It reads only the channels you pick.
- When you connect Slack, it reads the last 14 days.
- Message text is kept for 90 days by default, then deleted.
- Delete a message in Slack and Brieferr forgets it too.
- Disconnect or uninstall a tool and Brieferr forgets what it stored from that tool.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Each team’s data is kept apart from every other team’s.
